At Dry Vital (https://dryvital.in/), we strive to provide high-quality freeze-dried products. Due to the nature of food products, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure safety, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
1. Returns Policy
We do not accept returns on food items once they have been delivered, due to hygiene and safety reasons.
However, returns may be considered under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Incorrect product delivered
- Package is tampered with at the time of delivery
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/videos).
2. Refund Policy
Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
- If the product is out of stock after order placement
- If the order is cancelled before dispatch
- If a return request is approved due to valid reasons
Refund will get credited in the original payment method in 6 to 8 days
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after delivery
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability
- Minor variations in product appearance (natural food variation)
